1. WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR EACH PUZZLE STOOL?
   We us Baltic Birch for all wood pieces, 8 screws, non-toxic paint for all wood letters and linseed oil to coat all sanded surfaces.
2. CAN I HAVE ONE STOOL MADE WITH MORE THAN ONE NAME?
   Yes, each stool is custom made to order. Just select the total amount of letters in you child's name then spell the names in the checkout section.
3. CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE STOOL AT ONCE?
   Yes, just click the link to the left and begin customizing the 1st stool then add it to your cart. Once in the shopping cart click "continue shopping" and repeat the process to add a second and third custom puzzle stool. You can always view your cart by clicking "view cart" at the top of each page.
4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
   Most orders are manufactured within 24-48 hours then shipped using your preferred mode of shipping.
5. ARE THE PUZZLE STOOLS SAFE FOR MY CHILD?
   In over 30 years we have delivered thousands of puzzle stools without any reported accidents or harm. We personally inspect each bench to ensure stability and that the stool has a smooth surface.
